The materials that are the subject of these Terms of Use consist of electronic and/or printed information published by Ngā Whetū Resources (referred to below as “NWR”) on or via this website These materials (referred to below as “our resources”) are intended for non-commercial scholarly use by educational institutions or individuals (referred to below as “our customers”).

Our resources are free to be used from this website at any time.

Some of our resources may be protected against malware and other deliberate malicious activities by placing them behind a login and our customers are therefore required to create an account on this website through the registration form to view these resources. There is no charge for this registration.

By using this website or registering on this website our customers agree to these Terms of Use.

NWR has used its best efforts to prepare our resources in a standard usable format. Anyone using these materials accepts them with the understanding that there is no warranty of any kind except as expressly set forth in these Terms of Use and is provided to our customers "as is".

NWR makes no warranties with respect to any harm that may be caused by the transmission of a computer virus, worm, time bomb, logic bomb or any other form of malicious computer software.

NWR shall not be liable to any of our customers for any incidental, consequential, indirect, special, general, punitive, or any other damages resulting or arising directly or indirectly from or in connection with the usage granted under these Terms of Use.

NWR has made all reasonable efforts to obtain consent and permission, when pertinent, from copyright holders of printed texts or other materials that have been included in our resources and thus believes that use of these products does not constitute an infringement upon the copyright of any third party.

We take privacy seriously. Information about our customers obtained via the registration process, including email addresses will never be disclosed to any third party. We may very occasionally use the email address of our customers to inform them of any significant aspects of or changes on this website or of our resources. Our customers can always opt out of receiving such information.

Amendments
NWR reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use from time to time without prior notice. Amendments will be effective immediately upon being placed on this website.
